I am double-vaxxed and boosted according to CDC guidelines; I also support your choice to make decisions about your own body. During in-person appointments, I encourage you to do what you are comfortable with as it relates to wearing a mask. I am happy to wear a mask and take extra preventative measures if you are immunocompromised or are protecting someone who is - just let me know. Kindly also communicate to me prior to our appointment if you have been exposed to COVID-19, or are currently experiencing symptoms.

I9 verification services are for employers looking for someone to serve as an authorized representative and certify that the appropriate identity documents were presented by their employee (as explained in Section 2 of the I-9 form).
